PHOSE 2016 was held on Saturday, 15th of October 2016 and located at the SAC room in E building of FEB UB, Malang Town Square and FEB UB central square. The first program was an opening speech from the Executive Chief, Rivera Putra, then followed with the Chairman of the Department of Economics Student Association (HMJ IE), Arief Setyowidodo.
Next, there was a technical briefing for the participants of photo contest which would be held at Malang Town Square. The committee had done Technical Meeting on Friday, October 14, 2016 before. At the Technical Meeting, there were 19 participants and then divided into 4 groups, accompanied by LO for each group.
At the exact 09:15, participants mobilisized from the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya toward Malang Town Square. They arrived at 09:50 and immediately started for hunting. Participants were given 2 hours of time which was from 10:00 until 12:00. They returned at 11:45, faster than the given time limit and immediately transfered the soft file pictures to the committee.
After the collecting pictures finished, participants and the event organizers directly went back to FEB. They were given a break for a rest, praying and lunch. After prayers in Masjid Raden Patah, participants returned to the SAC room E building of FEB to carry out their presentations in front of the judges related to the pictures they chose. The judges were Yuyung Abdi and Eric Ireng. The presentation started from 14:00 until 15:30.
From 15:30 to 16:00 o’clock, the judges assisted by several committees had done an evaluation at SAC room E building of FEB UB to determine the 1st and the 2nd winner . Meanwhile, at the same time, participants did the Asr prayers and had some rest. The committees themselves simultaneously prepared a photo exhibition area located in Central Square FEB at the moment. The photo exhibition was held to determine the favourite winner and with the amount of visitors which had reached the target as many as 150 people. After that, participants were directed to attend the Closing Ceremony of the series of Grand Event 2016.
The last event closed on Grand Event Closing Ceremony 2016, where organizers announced the winners of each series of Grand Event which were ESBC, PHOSE, OLIEFEB, and ECOLYMPICS. From all the events, the goal they had been dreaming came true with the holding of this event, PHOSE 2016.

Accommodating and appreciating the artistic potential of photography for young people, especially college students and students in general.
Providing education and inspiration in order to foster a creative mindset towards the environment through media images.
Being media aspiration of opinions about Malang for young people through media images.
Introducing the Student Association of Economic Sciences to the community outside the campus.
