Background
As students we do not just need a lesson that berbasic competence course, we also need soft skills. While in itself prefers FEB berbasic lessons competence compared with the knowledge of the soft skills. In fact in the world of work we do not just need a lesson that berbasic competence alone but we are also required to have good communication and relationships. Many people are smart and accomplished academic field can not bring himself in the world of work.
Therefore we organized a good personality session as a forum to train students with their soft skill trainings hone personality. Through good personality session training activities is expected to reduce these barriers so that potential and strength in itself can be optimized to become a better person.
Top of this consideration, we Personality Training theme “DARE (Dig Ability to guide the make Relation Exceptionally).” With hope after they participate in the event, they know the positive and negative things ourselves so as to maximize the positive things ourselves and minimize the negative self we are in life.
