Prestigious tournament in the sport of basketball inter all of the UB’s faculty this year will be held again. Faculty Basketball League (FBL) Brawijaya University was held after the vacuum in 2017. FBL Unit Activities in 2018 organized by the UB Basketball on 5 March 2018 – 16 March 18 in Gor Pertamina Brawijaya University.
“An event like this become attractive among all the faculty for this activity in addition for the title, can also demonstrate the existence of the faculty basketball team,” said Indah Kusuma (Chairman EBBraU).
EBBraU as basketball institutions in the Faculty of Economics and Business Brawijaya University in FBL this year send the superior players on Men and Women’s Basketball branch. 12-player men’s, 12 women players, 2 managers and 2 coaches is ready to step down in 2018. EBBraU achievements on the previous year in FBL makes motivation for the team, especially players to keep retain the title.
Men’s team coach Erie Awalil Fakhri and M. Rano as women’s team coach has made the selection of players for one month to get the best players. In addition the portion of practice was continually added to deal with this tournament, both physical exercise and technical training in hope of getting the title back and bring the good name of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Brawijaya as the previous years.
